放課後子ども教室まちの大切な財産である人を育むまちづくりを行います。そのために子育て支援環境・サービスの充実を図り、安心の出産・子育て環境を整備するとともに、未来を切り拓くたくましい子どもを育むために、優れた幼児・学校教育環境の実現に努めます。また地域で学ぶ生涯学習環境を充実させるために、文化・芸術の振興、生涯スポーツ・レクリエーション活動の推進を図ります。そして人権尊重のまちづくりを推進するために、人権尊重意識の高揚と男女共同参画社会の形成に努め、誰もが希望と能力、努力に応じて能力を発揮できる環境づくりをします。住民と行政との信頼・協働によるまちづくり住民と行政とが信頼し合い、協働によるまちづくりを行うために、住民がまちづくりへ参画できる仕組みづくりを推進します。そのためにまず広報活動・情報公開の充実に努め、行政情報やまちづくりに関する情報を積極的に発信します。そしてコミュニティ活動・交流活動の活性化やエリアマネジメントの促進に取り組み、住民同士のネットワークを構築します。また、安定的な行財政運営を推進するために、持続可能な財政運営をめざすとともに、組織の活性化や職員の育成、広域行政の推進に力を入れ、健全で住民から信頼される行財政運営に努めます。豊能町議会ウグイス大学広報誌Toyono Town will promote systems through which residents can be involved in town policies, such as actively sharing information on the administration and policies of the government and developing a network among the residents, and the town will make every effort at administrative and financial management that is sound and trusted by the residents.
