In this context, seven cities and three towns (including Toyono Town) in the Hokusetsu area began the service of making all public libraries within the area available under the same system. In addition, a wide variety of performances in front of cheering audiences are often held at the public cultural center Jubel Hall, which functions as the base for the exchange and promotion of local culture. イキイキとした日々を送るには、心と体、それぞれが共に充実していることが大切です。平成29年7月から、北摂地区7市3町で公立図書館の広域利用がスタート。地区内全ての公立図書館で本が借りられるようになりました。また、地域文化の交流・振興の拠点である文化ホール「ユーベルホール」も町民の憩いの施設です。ユーベルとは、ドイツ語で歓呼・歓喜・万歳の叫び。その名の通り、ホールで開かれるさまざまな公演は、観客の歓声であふれています。ユーベルホールあらゆる設備が整った文化ホールで、どんな内容の演目でもほとんど持ち込みをしなくても対応可能。舞台機構にも最新設備を備えています。豊能町立図書館緑に囲まれた図書館です。インターネットで検索・予約もできます。ギャラリーや「ガラスの大箱」では写真や絵画などさまざまな作品も展示しています。もも心体16
